4. Payment Terms

- Confidential Information: Both parties agree to treat all information received from the other party as confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
- Exceptions: Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available or was known to the receiving party prior to disclosure.
7. Termination
- Termination by Client: Clients may terminate the agreement at any time by providing 30 days written notice. Fees for services rendered up to the termination date will be payable.
- Termination by Digital Sarkar: Digital Sarkar reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the client breaches any terms or fails to make timely payments.
8. Liability
- Limitation of Liability: Digital Sarkar's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services rendered. Digital Sarkar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Sarkar from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from the client's use of our services.
9. Amendments
Digital Sarkar reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
